New Lantern Capital, LLC is an asset management firm based in Saratoga Springs, NY primarily serving as the General Partner for privately offered funds.

Our sister company, Investment Research Partners, LLC (“IRP”) is the investment manager for the privately offered funds that are sponsored by New Lantern Capital. IRP is an SEC registered investment advisor and also manages other funds and separate accounts for other registered investment advisory firms.

Mike’s career has spanned 35 years in the investment industry, including nearly 22 years of service as global equity portfolio manager and Director of Equity Strategy Implementation for Eaton Vance.

While at Eaton Vance, Mike was a senior member of a team that built a $15bn equity option income franchise, as well as the industry-leading $40bn exchange fund franchise.*

In addition to his roles as Founder of New Lantern Capital and Strategist/Portfolio Manager with IRP, Mike also serves as Investment Strategist for alternative investments offered by Cache Financials Inc.
